Cathy and I are excited to announce that I have retired from a successful career in automotive repairs and switched to my number one passion, real estate.  Amazingly, it is real estate that has allowed this retirement and career change to take place. Since the purchasing of a home in the late 1970’s and purchase of four rental properties in the last five years, Cathy and I have been benefited from life in the Kelowna real estate market.

Now that I am a Licensed Real Estate Professional, I hope to help my family, friends, new comers and their families and friends, buy, sell, down size, find investment properties and, keep current in our fast changing Okanagan real estate market.  NOTE: (Ted has lived in Kelowna his entire life and he knows the Central Okanagan market.  His family has ties to Okanagan Real Estate that date back to the early 1900’s.  He has watched and been part of the Okanagan's phenomenal growth.  He has the knowledge and experience to be realistic when discussing your property purchase or sale and will position it to sell for the best possible price.)
