Hello, and welcome! I am proud to be a member of the Royal LePage South Country team. The Crowsnest Pass, Pincher Creek and Waterton areas of Alberta are very unique, and as I have lived here most of my life, I know and understand the true diversity of the area. Having an agricultural background I am familiar and experienced with land issues, but also have Farm, Ranch and Acreage Certification from Olds College. I also aptly represent my clients with residential commercial and recreational properties with great success. I have received my Directors Platinum award and attribute my success to my firm belief in giving all my clients open, honest representation – the kind I would hope to get myself from a realtor.
Crowsnest Pass and Pincher Creek have both been enjoying a sense of rejuvenation lately, as there are some new and exciting things happening in both areas. Crowsnest Pass is seen as the last mountain paradise to be developed on the east slope of the Rockies. It is in close proximity to two ski hills and is home to many outdoor recreational opportunities year round including multi miles of snow trails and walking trails. It is also the home of a new billion dollar (+) project by Crowsnest Lakes to build a mega resort hosting facilities such as a convention centre, ice arena, casino, and more. Pincher Creek has been further developing their ski hill at Castle Mountain to support more ski runs, people and events – and has also had business development in the wind, oil and gas industry to bolster the economy in other directions. Both Pincher Creek and Crowsnest continue to offer peaceful living and many activities in the great outdoors. We also have some small towns in our area with their own unique characteristics. Waterton Parks remains quiet, peaceful, and fairly uncommercialized – a great place to visit, with properties available outside the park in that area.
For any area in the south west corner of Alberta whether it be Crowsnest Pass, Pincher Creek, Waterton, Cowley, Lundbreck, Beaver Mines or any where in between - I would be pleased to meet with you and introduce you to the wonders of our community, and find you a place to be part of it
