I'm a retired military
person and I have been in real estate for the past 14
years. I have been in the Fredericton/Oromocto/Gagetown
area for the past 16 years and I am very familiar with
the local real estate market.
I am a Military Relocating
Specialist and an accredited member of the Royal Lepage
(IRP/PRI) Team. My 30 plus years in the military has
help me provide the kind of service expected by relocating
personnel. I have been a constant award winner and presently
hold the President Gold award. I am married to a lovely
person named Gloria and I have two great kids Kevin
and Chantal. I also have four grandsons Derek, Shane,
Nicholas and Andrew. I have been involved in local activities
since my arrival at CFB Gagetown in July of 1988. I
have served as president of several organizations such
as Chamber of Commerce, Federal Superannuate National
Association, Toast Master Organization and as Grand
Knight of the Knight of Columbus. I have also served
as a board director on several organizations such as
the Local Advisory Council of Fredericton and Junior
Achievement Program just to name a few. I am also a
member of the local Legion Br 93. I have a Bachelor
degree in Business Administration from the University
of Sherbrooke and I am a graduate from the College Militaire
de Saint-Jean. I am fully bilingual both French and
English.
My primary real estate interest is in residential housing and I specialized in first
time homebuyers and relocating Military/RCMP personnel. I also deal with individuals who are looking to upgrade their present housing needs.
I am a full time realtor available 7/24. We are located in both Fredericton and Oromocto and served an area that has a radius of about 60 kms
around Fredericton/CFB Gagetown.
